CloudPoint Licensing Question

Another CloudPoint licensing question...

So each local array volume that is protected (CP is used to create the local array snap) counts as its fully allocated space towards the NBU FETB capacity license ?

This is regardless of the fact that the identical data is also being backed up with a traditional Oracle Intelligent Policy to an OST device (NECHydra)
