The CloudPoint server's certificate is not valid or doesn't exist. Operation failed

Hello Gyus,

I am trying to register my cloudpoint on-premise host to my netbackup master server however I am not able to register and getting the below error:

The CloudPoint server's certificate is not valid or doesn't exist. Operation failed

I am trying to find the solution for this issue from last 4 days but I am not able to find any clue. Please help.

Attached is the error screenshot and tpcommand logs for your reference.

      Any Cloudpoint or netbackup expert ? Please provide your inputs or expert suggestions.

        Hi Mack_Disouza 

        not sure if you are still looking for help around this.

        It looks like the CloudPoint installation was not successful. Possibly all containers are not online. Can you try reinstalling Cloudpoint ? Be sure to uninstall it gracefully and cleanup the installation path as appropriate.
