  • Ok, this really depends on the topology you want but the short answer is YES.

The minumum license you need is InfoScale Enterprise.

The reason is - AWS does not support or provide any shared storage capability across AMIs. What you can do, though, you can build an FSS layer using EBS volumes local to each AMI, use LLT-over-UDP to build the ioshipping transport (this works also as a campus cluster across AZs if you want, IIRC) and build your cluster on top of it.

You also need three AMIs for CPS but that's obvious requirement, I guess. You also need the AWS IP agent (this implies ISE 7.3 as the requirement) to plumb/migrate AWS IPs

As you see, it's all pretty standard, no specific documentation required, I'd suggest to have a look at the ISE 7.3 What's New and Release Notes though.

I'm happy to elaborate, but the directions should be clear if you are familiar with VCS/CFS

Could not understand what does that means ? AWS gives you a free 1 year trial. Just keep an eye on it cause you can still get billed for stuff if.....

You can get a free trial at AWS. You can then use a bunch of things from free, but there is a lot of fineprint involved. You can only use certain instances for free, if you use other ones they'll charge you. Just saying you must keep an eye on it, delete stuff if you don't use it so you don't end up with a large bill.
