Group VCSRG has not been fully probed on system rhel1

New first time installation. I was able to get it installed and running and the vcsrg created and a IP resource added.it is a 2 node system. This infoscale Enterprise 9.0.000.00 free 60 day trial. Once i can get the POC done, i can ask mgmt for funding.

As I try to bring the resource group with the resource online, it give that probe message. Not familiar enough with the Veritas Cluster Server/Infoscale HA to begin to trouble shoot it. I tried Google but nothing definite.  some things say create a script to launch a monitoring process with or to monitor a process. With a IP resource, not sure why that would be required to plumb the virtual ip. 

The names are /etc/hosts only and not in DNS.
