just to clarify.
had start and read main.cf then the agents for every resouce start and bring up the resource.those agents are scripts.hares hagrp so on are only commands to populate main.cf start stop resource group so on.right?

Some of the agents are scripts and some are binaries. By default, VCS agent binaries are located in the path $VCS_HOME/bin/AgentName/AgentNameAgent. For example, /opt/VRTSvcs/bin/FileOnOff/FileOnOffAgent.
