Let`s say we have a service group that in a server list start first on node 1 then on node 2.In the case that node 1 is down and service group run on node 2 what happen when node 1 come up?Will the group failover on node 1?

No, service groups don't failback automatically. It will remain on the 2nd node until you move it back.
