WebSphere ESB service
Hello,
Anyone configured WebSphere ESB under VCS? Does it has own agent? I couldn't find it in sysmantec site. Can we use the Application Agent?

Did you check https://sort.symantec.com/agents ? I see WebSphere listed as an agent (you may need to download the latest agent pack). I'm not sure what WebSphere ESB is though.
