CA Report for Key Word Search - Total Messages and Total Sampled
Our firm performs scheduled and immediate key word searches (no guaranteed sample or random sample). Which CA report provides total messages monitored employee sent and total messages sampled? Thank you.
As I recall, we don't have a built-in CA report that shows the information you want. The reason is that we expect sampling to be done via Random Sampling. You said you don't use Random Sampling, so our reports on sampling data would always show 0 items.

Note that the 'Evidence of message type Review by Department/Employee' would be the ideal reports for you, but these only report on Random Sampled items, not search captured items. Sorry.
