Are you a Storage Administrator, Backup Administrator, Technical Consultant or someone who has assisted a customer with an Access Appliance upgrade recently?
If YES, the Veritas Customer Experience Research Team would like to learn about that experience in an effort to improve the upgrade process.
We are inviting you to participate in a 60-min user interview research session over Zoom video/audio conference call.
We would like to identify any usability or technical issues, user expectations, or any pain points associated with your upgrade.
