Arctera MR 7.2.1 link is broken

The https://esd.veritas.com/378349/Veritas_Product_Files/DATA_INSIGHT/Updates/Arctera_Information_Governance_7.2.1_ReadMe.txt link for the read me which suggests it should be 4.94 KB in size does not render a file or download a copy.

Does this work for anyone else?
