Classifying files in SharePoint
Hi,
I haven't had a chance to test yet or read the documentation but I got 2 urgent questions from a customer please:
- Does the classification when processing a SP site use the SP indexes or does it still need to process the files regardless-? I'm assuming the latter (i.e. it's a collection process and the SP index is not utilised).
- Does the classification process open zip files and scan the files inside or are these files ignored? If yes, what levels of zip? This is a generic question rather than specific to SP.

I worked this out myself so you can ignore :)
It can do zip's although havent worked out how deep yet and (as I orginally believed) has no connection with the SP index
