Encrypted files

I have a customer who will like to monitor access to files and only allow to authourised persons. In addition he wants the files to encrypted.

I checked the user and admin Guide for DI, but there was no information about whether DI could monitor and report on access of encrypted files.

Can you please comment on this?

    Alex we need to monitor I/O so the access should work and if we can read the metadata scan should work. I would expect reading the contents for classification would fail as we would not have a mechanism to know the password to the encryption.

    If you open a case we could test it but I am out of the office for another week.
