How does Data Insight classify Foreign Languages?

Hi,

Customer is asking, how does Veritas Data Insight classify Foreign Languages?

Example: A Japanese document or a French document

How does Data Insight know if that file is sensitive or not?

Another question is:

Does Data Insight installer "known" by Symantec and Fire Eye (security software that they are using)? 

Meaning will Data Insight not be blocked by those and continue installation?
