Where can one download the 7.1.1 (7.1MR1) documentation?

The download has no manuals and I would like to review the known issues in the release notes.

I do not see it on the DOcumentation site  https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/search-results?q=*&fq=(document_type%3A%22document%22).html for DI product selection.

Is there a new Arctera site or another way to receive the documentation for the  latest release?

I d not see any separate package under https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/downloads/detail.REL746518
