.dmp File Viewer For DLO Dump Files

I'm trying to read .dmp files generated from a DLO version 7 client. I've tried using the Windows Debugging Tools SDK but it doesn't recognize the Symanetc .dmp files. Can anyone recommend a viewer?

    The .dmp files are only available for analysis performed by the engineering team. Analysis of data requires access to source code, this level of access is only given to the core engineering team.
