Currently our DLO console is in the operating system version 7.O in windows server 2008 R2, to renew the annual license DLO, we reached the respective key for version 7.5.
Therefore, we must do our migration console version 7.0 to 7.5 and the distribution of agents to the mobile stations (notebooks).
If upgrading on the same server, the upgrade process from 7.0 to 7.5 is very straightforward.
All you have to do is run the SDLO 7.5 installer on the server, proceed ahead with the defaults and upgrade the SDLO Administration console. Once, this is done, push out the DLO clients to your client machines and later, add the SDO 7.5 licenses.
If you are planning to migrate to a different server altogether, then the process changes slightly. Would the new server name, IP, OS remain the same or different ? Would you be using the same NUDF or a different one as well ?
