DLO 8.0 SP2 BOI Browser Issues

Hi,

We're having trouble in both Internet Explorer and Edge loading the DLO page on our clients, it just continually tries. It successfully loads in Chrome. Are any other users able to view it in IE or Edge?

The browser console repeatetly shows, HTML 1511 Unexpected head-level element encountered outside of "<head>".

    Is the IE browser version 10 or 11 (supported IE versions as per DLO 8.0's SCL) ?

    Hi, we see this issue in IE11 and in Edge, still ongoing, is this a known bug yet? Thanks.

    Is Compatibility View enabled or disabled ? Try disabling if its enabled or vice-versa.
