DLO 9.0 Crash when restoring

Hello,

I have some problem with DLO agent.

I'm trying to restore differente files (.pst and excel files) but each time i try, the DLO Agent crash without any error message...

I succesfully estore the file by choosing an old revision of the file.

I have this issue with multiple laptop.

Something strange, I tried to restore one of the PST files that was causing problems directly on the server at this time it worked.

Someone can help on this ?

    Hello,

    When DLO agent / any service crash occurs, an event is logged in windows event viewer. Is it possible for you to provide the windows event details?
