DLO agents prompting for password, DLO 7.6 SP1

Hi All,

 

My users dlo agent keeps prompting for password , even after entering the new password. Is there anything to be changed ?

 

Pls suggest.

 

 

  • If the user account's password has changed, then the DLO client will prompt for the credentials since it does not recognize the new credentials.

    Ideally, an "Alternate Credentials" window should appear where one has to enter the new credentials, but in case if this does not work, then rebooting or completel y exiting the DLO agent usually helps.

  • Make sure the user account isnt locked out and that the user has permission to access the DLO folder.

    Is this occuring for ALL DLO clients ? Which user's password was changed ? Was it the DLO Administrator ?

    How were the users added to the DLO console ? Manually or via Automated User Assignments ?

  • Imosla @ User account was not locked out

     

    Vjware @ this is occurring for once client, it was the user account password.

     

    But now we just tried rebooting the pc and the issue is resolved . But still help in understanding what would have happened ?
