drives not sync to our server

Dear Team,

I am using DLO Veritas version 9.2

Previously while running the setup, we can sync both C and D drive.

but now it only take the default files and No drive are showing on the left side and data is not sync to the user.

Kindly resolve this concern on priority and help to close this case.
