Executing Remote Installation. Please wait... hung

Hi

I have an issue where I'm trying to deploy the latest version of DLO to 2 computers from the DLO console. It deployed ok to the first computer but it's doing nothing on the 2nd computer and has been hung for the past 3 hours. Please see attached screenshots. Is it ok to end this in Task Manager or will this cause problems for the client or console? Also, if I try to close this window, I get the message in Closing window.jpg. Clicking Ok just brings you back to the Executing Remote Installation window

    Is there any CPU activity on the remote client machine ?

    Any AV or UAC on the remote client machine ?

    Cancelling it should be fine. Just remove any traces of the DLO Agent (if present) from the client machine and you can retry again.

    I'll take a look at it when I have a chance, there is AV and Default windows UAC settings on the client. The same settings were on the client that worked.
