Failed to start SQL Service. Error: The filename
Facing this issue. All settings are verified at my end. May be i have missed something. Need suggestions and solution please.

In the services console is the SQL Server (DLO) service running.
Check the event viewer if there are any errors pertaining to SQL instance.
Just looking at the error is not sufficient to provide you any suggestion apart from check the even viewer for any leads pertaining to SQL Service Failure.
