how to take backup using dedup feature of DLO

Hello ,

&nbsp;

I am able to create success fully dedup storage&nbsp; but I am stuck to take take the backup

when I start the backup job I am getting the error

"engine is operating is offline mode&nbsp; "&nbsp; . according to the link&nbsp;

is this known issue ??

Hi,

It is a transient error.

Please refer the below link and see if issue resolves:

Files failed with these errors will be backed up in next retry interval, if it still failes(after retry interval, default 30 mins)&nbsp;then please raise an support case.

issue is resloved by making changes in profile .
