Installing DLO agent error

Hi, I'm trying to install the DLO agent on a computer and it gave allways error on authentication On the event viewer i have this error DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer XXXXXXX using any of the configured protocols; requested by PID 3264 (C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec DLO\DLOConsoleu.exe). Can anyone help me Joao Paulo

    ...make sure you can connect to the workstaion in question via TCP and name...it might be network-related.
