Issue with Edge server when running DLO in Azure

Question

Hi Everyone, I am runnig a POC of DLO in Azure for BOI for a client. I completed the setup successfully with all component services running fine. Also the Azure name-Public IP resolves correctly. However, i keep getting error from the browser on testing connection to the DLO edge server either wit hport 90 or 443 and couldnt proceed, error message below:

On the browser: "IP or ServerName/DLOServer/restore"

"the requested URL was not found on this server".

Would greatly appreciate assist from anyone

Does your VNET firewall allow those ports?

Hi Craig,I permitted the ports fo r both inbound and Outbound under NSG

Hi RogRubin, Apologies for my late response. Yes I was sure to follow the steps config. steps advised in the document in my deployment, but still had the issue and the error message is not included in the list of known-issues.

Check if the SQL Server is reachable. Check if the DLO Database is attached to the SQL instance.
