Moving DLO 7.5

Hi

I want to move the DLO 7.5 to a different server with a new name; what is the best way to do it? DLO database is local and both servers are runnibf Windows 2008R2

All The storage locations will stay the same; they are not local to the old server so I suppose that the DLO users will continue to use the same networks storage folders
