Symantec DlO agent issue

Hi,

i am try to install symantec Dlo agent on windows 7 pc.but it is not happening i am getting erro pl see error deatisl below.

 

the program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from you compouter try to reinstalling the program to fix the probem,

    Hi,

    First Check if the file  MSVCR71.dll exist in your "C:\Windows\system32" folder on your Win 7 Computer.

    If yes run cmd as administrator and Re-register the dll file with following command "regsvr32  MSVCR71.dll"

    if it says successfully registered your done.

    If it fails run a system file check.To do this Run cmd as administrator and type the following command "sfc /scannow"
