Symantec DLO Desktop Agent run error

Hello all, i facing a problem on DLO client software, we have two laptops (win7 64bit OS) failed to run the DLO Agent, it shows me the error message "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." The server is windows 2008R2 64bit. anyone know the reason of this case? Thanks in advance.

    Please install Microsoft Visual C ++ Redistributable package with appropriate bitness (32 or 64) on the client machine and launch the agent.

    I see the same error message. Installing the package did not have any effect.

    Is there .NET present ? If yes, try running a repair of .NET & DLO..Reboot the system & check. If it still fails, try an uninstall & reinstall of the agent.

    I needed Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x64). Installing this package worked.

    I had previously tried only the 2010 and 2008 packages, which did not work. Thanks to Symantec's technical support for their help.
