symantec DLO restoration failed on different location.

Hello,

 

 i have ing DLO 7.5 sp1 and i have able to restore backed up date on same compute different location adn orignal location but , when i try to restore it on differen location at that time got error you dont have permosion to restore particular user backup got error.

 

i have done all thing like

1 check telnet to dns server from dlo ser

2 check ping reply

3 provide permision to particular user on storage as well as restore fiolder.

4 check all requiested port.

 

please help me.

    Does the logged in DLO Administrator account which is used to run the restore has "Grant administrator full restore privileges" enabled under Network - Administrator accounts - Permissions ?

    Are the files which are to be restored encrypted ?

    Is the alternate location a "share" with appropriate access ?

    no files are not encrypted format.

     

    also which administrator you asking local or domain.?

    Using which account are you logged in to the DLO Administration console ? And under which account are the DLO services running ?

     SymantecDLOAdminSvcu is running with domain user right.
