Unable to proceed download
Hi Symantec Team,
I want to ask for assistance regarding downloading Symantec System Recovery for Desktop and Laptop. Upon completing the username and password and choosing the platform I'm using, I got these error:

Which address field is that error refering to? Can you scroll though the page and try locating that field where you may have mentioned an '@' symbol. (this should probably be a text field).
There is nothing called Symantec System Recovery for Desktop and Laptop Option. It is either Symantec System Reocovery for Desktop Edition or Symantec Desktop and Laptop Option. Both are entirely different solutions.
Looking at the screenshot you seem to have entered some special character "@" in the address field which is causing the message. You may need to check that.
