DA client on Citrix

Hello all,

We're trying to get the DA client going on a Citrix desktop. this is client 11.0.1CHF5.

Installation and startup work fine. I can select the Server to connect to, when clicking connect, it shows the available instances. I select an instance I have permission on, click connect, then get this error:

A new guard page for this stack cannot be created

anyone seen this? anyone succesfully installed DA client on Citrix? Any tips/tricks to try?

    Did you install the DA client using the ALLUSERS switch shown in this article?  https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000101323

    A guard page is basically buffer overflow protection written into the code, but this may be manifseting simply due to the Citrix environment (in other words, the problem may happen consistently on the citrix server but never manifest on a standalone PC even if you use the same user account, same software installer, and same DA instance).
