In DA search field you can use like

A B C

D E F

Also use option "All Of".

means :

A OR B OR C

All Of AND

D OR E OR F

Note : Space means OR operation.

 

 

 

Not meaining to contradict, but...

You'll need to create two separate fields.  Values in each field (as seen about as Subject or content) are seen as OR statements.  By creating a second "subject or content" field you are create an AND statement with the values also being OR.

Results:

"Subject or Content"  -  Joe, Fred, Sally (implied ORs)

                     (implied AND)

"Subject or Content" - Doofus, Fields, "my friend" (implied ORs) note: values inside quotes are seen as one value
