Discovery accelerator license
DA is licensed per user.
Does this refer to a vaulted user mailbox archive or the administrator who is going to use the software?
We have only a couple administrators where the DA is going to be installed but we have thousand mailboxes that could potentially be searched for items using DA.

There is a license guide there for EV 9 and it says the following:
It is priced Per User, based upon the number of active Users with archived items – not the number of users performing the searches. This typically corresponds to the number of users licensed for Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Domino Journaling.
