export as pst file to change the folder to Inbox instead of Root Items folder

How to export as pst file to change the folder to Inbox instead of Root Items folder?

    Hi,

The Default setting for export is "Root Items". You can change it to folder which you require.

This setting is present in the "Configuration" Tab.

    Steps :

    ------------

    1. Open the Discovery Accelerator Client.

    2. Select the "Configuration" Tab,

    3. Click on "Settings" Tab.

    4. From "Configuration Settings" Expand "Export/ Production" .

    5. Check the setting " PST Folder Name" the Value "Root Items".

    6. Change this Value as per your requirement.

    7. Restart the "Customer background" Task / Restart the "Enterprise Vault Accelerator Manager" service.

    8. Close the DA Client and then create new export and test it.

  • You can gett more settings related to "Export/production configuration options" including "PST Folder Name" .

    PST Folder Name

Specifies the Outlook folder in which to place the items after you import a Personal Folders (.pst) file that you exported from Discovery Accelerator.
