Export search to separate pst files

Question

If I run a search on multiple archives can I export the individual results to separate pst files.

Sure thing, just choose the search results you want from the Items Selection section of the Export Details:

Maybe I misunderstand the ask, what exactly are you trying to do? &nbsp;

I have re-read your post and think you are asking if you can export results for each individual to specific PST files, so all emails for "Sam Smith" go to a pst for Sam Smith, etc... IMHO, easiest thing to do would be to run multiple searches for each user and then export based on the search as indicated above. &nbsp;
