Scheduling a recurring DA Search

Building Discovery Accelerator search schedules

As well as running searches immediately, you can schedule them to run at a future time. This facility may be desirable if, for example, you want to run an extensive search during an off-peak period, or you need to run the same search repeatedly. To create a scheduled search, you first define a search schedule and then select it as one of the criteria of the search.

It can be achieved with one Search schedule. You can create DA Search Schedule to at the gap of each few hours between a specified start and end time.

In your case, if you want it to run it once in the morning ( say 7 AM ) and once in the afternoon, you can do something like this.

Occurs every 8 hours : Start time : 7:00:00

                                  End time  : 4:00:00

Perfect, that's great! 

My compliance/discovery team would like to run the same search once in the morning and once in the afternoon (and possibly even more frequently) looking for specific keywords in the subject or body of the message.  Is there any method to show only new hits since the last time the search was ran?  For example, when the scheduled afternoon search in the above example is ran - is there a way to omit results that were found in the morning search? 

The reason I ask is because it doesn't appear that the timestamp of the search results is displayed in the search details (without looking at every single email).  Only the date appears, and in this process every email will have the same date so there won't be an easy way to filter the results to only show new results since the last search.

I'll try to attach a screenshot of what I'm talking about.

Once you know you have your search terms right you can check the box to Automatically accept but don't check the box to Include items already in review
