Unable to access EVBA admin

Hi, How can I access the EVBAAdmin website, when I type following address in IE it does not work.

I have reset IIS on the server with no help.

Can you check if the Enterprise Vault Accelerator Manager service running on the DA Server? If not, start the service and check if you can it.
