Clearwell License Removal

How can I remove the license from the Clearwell appliance?

    Hello bpr186,

    You can do this by running something called a b command on the appliance, here are the steps:

    1. Remote to the desktop of the appliance
    2. Open command prompt
    3. Do 'd:' and hit enter (If D: is your install location for Clearwell)
    4. Do 'cd cw\v7xx' and hit enter, where xx is the specific version, e.g, cd cw\v714
    5. Do 'b clean-license' and hit enter
    6. Restart Clearwell services (option 3 then option 4 on the Clearwell Utility, from UI or from Commander).

    This will remove the current license. Before doing this, make sure you have a backup of the license in-case you ever need it again.
