eDiscovery Platform 8.3 default administrator username and password

We have downloaded and installed the new eDiscovery Platforem 8.3.

We receive the following error when we try to login...

[#160005] Authentication failed: User id not found or password was incorrectly typed. Please contact your Clearwell administrator for assistance.

How do we obtain the default username and password for an appliance installed into our own windows 2012 r2 demonstration.

None of our domain or local accounts allow us to login.
