Random sampling of search results

I am looking for a way to export a certain percentage of search results in Clearwell. For example, if there was a PST file with 10,000 items, and when I process it and ran a search which found 500 email hits. Now, I need to export 5% random sample of the search hits - 25 randomly selected emails.

Is there a way in Clearwell to randomly select and export search hits?

    Hello Ali_G,

    If you select the results from the search, you could copy a percentage of the results at random into a folder and export against this folder, it's an extra step but should do as you're asking.
