Trouble installing Clearwell v8.2

I am attempting to install Clearwell 8.2 on Windows Server 2012.  I get to a point in the installation whereby it states that it is recreating database, please wait.  It appears to sit there for a long period of time and not doing anything.  Is this normal?  Or should I be looking at something else?  Please advise.  Thank you.
