Upgrade Clearwell Appliance Operating System

Hi,

Our company purchased a Clearwell Appliance a couple years back which came on a Dell System with eDiscovery Platform version 7.1.4.  I have gone through a few upgrades and now have recently upgraded to version 9.0.  I tried to install the Enterprise Vault API Runtime version 12.2, but the OS does not support it, as it's on Windows 2008 R2.  

Is there a documented way to upgrade the Operating System on a pre-made appliance, to Windows 2012 R2?

    Hi Jeff,

    Having looked we do not have a documented procedure.

    It may be worth speaking to your account manager as it may be consultancy or pre-sales can provide some advice on this.
