My Symantec Support
I have logged into my symantec and logged three cases. When I go back to my support portal these case numbers do not refelect under my account. When I select manage existing cases it gives me the message that I need to fill in particulars for a support portal upgrade. I fill nm all the filed and submit and it creates a support case and gives me the number. This process continues all the time.
