does anybody know release date estimate for 11.0.1 CHF4? (a customer wants to have Outlook 2016/Windows10 support).

If CHF4 is released, it should be released end of Q1 I think.
I believe Veritas said they will release a CHF every 3 months. CHF3 was released in November.
As you perhaps know, EV12 is in beta at the moment, and I believe that one will also be available in Q1 next year.
You might want to check with your EV Program Manager, he/she should know timeline.
windows 10 is supported but office 2016 is still pending. a few people seem to have it working though if you want to take a look here: https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/blogs/1101-cumulative-hotfix-3-release

I've asked support for information, they came back with this:
After upgrading to EV 11 SP1 CHF4 event id's 13422, 6796, and 6842 are generated each time the storage service is started or when vault stores are taken out of back up mode. Items in the temporary collections location will build up and not get cleared out. This issue only occurs on Centera partitions where collections is enabled.
