Application upgrade and move to new servers / hardware

Currently have a 3 server environment - one EV server, one DA server and one SQL server.

The servers are Windows Server 2012 R2.

SQL Server is version 2012 SP4 GDR

Enterprise Vault version is 12.4

I would like to move installation to new servers running Windows Server 2019 and SQL Server 2019 and upgrade EV to version 14.x

What is the best practice on performing this migration?

Is there complete documentation on this process?
