I've problem with user store her email on file server without unarchive.
If another user want to open this email he have message prompt : "This item is being restored by Enterprise Vault, Click here to view the original item".
But user cannot view original email because he do not have any right on original archive

Hello Alban,
That is how it is supposed to work. You have 2 options:
1 - ask owner of the archived item to restore it, and then save it somewhere.
2 - give user who needs to see it read permission on the archive where the item is in.

There are any possibility to identify msg file that are not unarchive before thay were save on file server ?

That is going to be a bit tricky I think.
In Outlook, the message class is different. I am not sure you can investigate an item which is stored on a file server, and see if it is a shortcut or not. It might be the icon of the item indicates something, not sure.
You might want to compare a real MSG and an Unarchive MSG. It might be the size of the item, the icon, or perhaps something else indicates it is a real msg, or if it is a shortcut.
