Archive Explorer error

I am having issue with my own EV archive.

Recently I do some housekeeping on my own email and realize that my EV storage is over limit.

I have 9000 items and it exceed the quota of 1500Mb.

I normally do housekeeping using outlook.

I moved some archive emails from EV to another PST file, but I realized that EV still keep a copy of the moved items.

As a result, I am unable to reduce my EV storage to within limits of my quota.

Using Archive Explorer, even if I delete folders and emails, it still remains.

    Hi Yeow_km,

     

    For deleting items from archive explorer you can refer the following technote. Make sure not setting is overiding the other which might prevent you deleting the items.

    i have already verified that my settings is same with what is mentioned in the technote.

    only managed to delete 5% of my emails so far.

    How about using the archive export wizard to export all items over a certain age to a PST?
