Archive suspended for one mailbox

Configuration:

Enterprise Vault 10.0.0.1316

Provisioning Group :  5 mailbox

Desktop Policy , Mailbox Policy  --> OK

Only one mailbox (client with Outlook 2010)  of Provisioning Group does not archive automatically , only manually .

Archiving Task report for this mailbox indicates: suspended

For Outlook 2007 there is a Tab to suspended archiving ,but this option does not exist in Outlook 2010 , ahy help about this

How to enable archiving for this mailbox , how change status from suspended to enable

  • Yes, the new client will work with EV 10 base

To disable the mailbox, in the Vault Admin ConsoleClick Tools from the Menu bar and choose Disable Mailbox.

To enable do the same thing only choose Enable Mailbox from the menu.

  • Not sure where it is off the top of my head in OL 2010 but you could disable them and then re-enable and choose not to suspend them.

  • Vault Version: 10.0.0 not 10.0.1

Client:  HTPP-only Outllok Add-in  not Unified

  • So you will either need to install the new client or disable and re-enable them.

You could try running an EVPM to enable them as well.

Easiest thing would be to just disable/re-enable.

  • New client work in version 10.0.0 ?

How i do ti disable and re-enable this mailbox? I delete from Provisioning Group , then start Archiving Task and Provisioning Task in report mode , again add this mailbox to Provision Group , run report mode and mailbox show in state suspend
