Archive task fails Exchange 2010

Hello,

The Archive task fails on Exchange 2010 and running fine on 2013

EV: 12.2

Exchange: Mixed Mode 2010 and 2013 ,applied the workaround from the belo KB without success

Event ID's : 2256 and 3305

Anithyng else that i can check ?

    Hello,pointed  temporary load balancing  traffic to exchange 2010  and archiving task start working .Thank you

    Hello, if you run the Deployment Scanner (while logged on as Vault Service Account) against the 2010 Exchange servers, does that show issues?

      Hi all,

      I have exactly the same issue but in a mixed 2010/2016 environment with EV11.0.1 CH5

      And to answer to Gertjan in the deployment scanner the exchange servers are totally OK .

        That would have been too easy, but an initial check is always good.

        Are you by any change using Varonis on the 2010 servers? Varonis

        Are your MSMQ's on EV servers correct? MSMQ

        Any events in regards to RPC on the EV servers (look in system log)
