Archive Task Reports Running post Task controller service restart.

Some of the archiving task reports on EV servers are reporting the archive task as running long after the task was completed.

Even after restarting the Task controller service, these reports continue to show the same output.

 

 

 

 

 

Sometimes the archive task proceeding the previous one doesnt process any mailboxes for hours. I am not sure if that is because of the reports showing as running, but thats what seems to be happening.

Any thoughts?

    Hi,

    Try doing a restart of the EV services and see if the problem persists.

      Restarting all the services would probably help but that would not be possible daily on a production environment.
